Samsung expands Art Store with works from the State Hermitage Museum

Samsung complements the Frame Telly hardware with a digital Art Shop that features famous paintings and photographs from world-renowned artists, museums, and photographers. The Art Store currently has more than one,200 such works, and the company is adding a few more to the collection by partnering with the State Hermitage Museum in St. petersburg, Russia.

Samsung says the Art Store will become 52 new works of art from diverse Russian and European painters by May 2020 every bit function of this partnership. These include "The Church Parade of the Finnish Life Guards Regiment" past Boris Kustodiev, "Poppy Field" by Claude Monet, "Rave te hiti aamu" by Paul Gauguin, "Houses Along a Road" past Paul Cezanne, "Boulevard Montmartre in Paris" past Camille Pissarro, "Lion Hunt in Morocco" by Eugene Delacroix, "Meetings of Abraham and Melchizedek" past Peter Paul Rubens, and more.

The Korean company already has similar partnerships with a few other museums around the world, and the State Hermitage joins that listing as the commencement Russian Museum. To brandish any of their artworks on the Frame TV, customers tin either purchase the digital versions outright or subscribe to the Fine art Store at $5.99 per month for the complete collection.
